For us to be able to obtain your Kenyan visa, we require the following documents:
Tourist visa to Kenya:
- Valid passport (needs to have at least 3 more months of validity remaining after your return date and needs to have 2 empty pages)
- Completed and signed visa application form
- 1 up to date passport photo
- copy of your flight tickets
- copy of your hotel confirmation
- copy of your residence permit (for people without Irish/British passport)
- Your completed order form
Business visa to Kenya:
- Valid passport (needs to have at least 3 more months of validity remaining after your return date and needs to have 2 empty pages)
- Completed and signed visa application form
- 1 up to date passport photo
- Copy of your flight tickets
- A formal business letter which outlines the details of the company that you will be visiting, the dates in which you intend to travel and the nature of your trip. The letter needs to be the original copy, printed on paper with the company’s letterhead and needs to be signed by your superior. It also must state that the company will assume all financial responsibility for you for the whole duration of your stay in Kenya.
- A copy of your residence permit (for people without Irish/British passport)
- Your completed order form
Processing time for the visa
- Visas up to 90 days: 2 working days after the receipt of the passport
- Visas for 1 year: 4 weeks after the receipt of the passport
